Payment Request Form - Fill out the form, save a copy, and email the copy along with a PDF or jpeg of the receipt(s) or invoice to president@f-p-apts.org and treasurer@f-p-apts.org.

Deposit Report Form - Fill out the form, save a copy, and email the copy to treasurer@f-p-apts.org. The treasurer will contact you to obtain the funds.
